TOS (Terms Of Services) *

1. Bandwidth limitation
Each Web Host Reseller Solutions has its monthly bandwidth limited. Whenever you as reseller exceed the bandwidth limit will have to upgrade to a higher account or purchase for extra bandwidth. The minimum of extra bandwidth is 20 GB/monthly.
Our system will send you e-mail notice about your bandwidth limit, we advice you to upgrade your account whenever you will reach a e-mail notice that you have exceed the 95% of the total limit. If this e-mail notice will be ignored might and will be a cause of your account suspension and all your website's under your reseller account.

2. Pricing
Resellers are free to set price(s) for their hosting package(s) that they will be offering to their clients. Hs-Hosting.NeT (High Speed Hosting) will not be involved in your pricing nor will limit you about it.

(*) 1 year FREE domain - Hs-Hosting.NeT (High Speed Hosting) will give a 1 year free domain name (.com .net or .org) to the clients that will purchase any of the Reseller Hosting Solutions. We will only limit on that within the first month the domain name information's (Billing , Technical and Administrative) will result as domain is owned by High Speed Hosting and the domain will not be transferable. After the second purchase (i.e.. the second monthly fee) the domain name will be yours in 100% (this means the domain name information's will result under your name or your company name, will be 100% transferable and you will have full control over your domain).
